✅ Terms & Conditions for Travel Company

  1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment and confirmation from our team.

  1. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

  1. Traveler Responsibility

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).

Travelers must comply with local laws, health guidelines, and customs regulations.

  1. Price Changes

Prices may change due to exchange rates, government taxes, or other unforeseen reasons.

We reserve the right to amend prices before final payment.

  1. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Alternate arrangements will be provided with similar standards.

  1. Force Majeure

The company is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, wars, pandemics).

  1. Liability Disclaimer

We act as an agent between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport).

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties.


🔁 Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be submitted in writing/email.

Charges apply as per the below cancellation slab:

More than 30 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee

15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

Less than 15 days: No refund

  1. Cancellation by Company

Full refund will be issued if the company cancels the tour due to low participation or other valid reasons.

We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred.

  1. Refund Process

Refunds (if any) will be processed within 15–30 working days.

Bank or transaction charges are non-refundable.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

Certain components like flight tickets, visa fees, and insurance once issued are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  1. No Show / Early Exit

No refund will be given for unused services if the traveler fails to show up or leaves the tour midway.
